Middle area of briefs features attached absorbent pad, with waterproof outer layer, to prevent any leaks. Soft cotton leg and waist openings. Machine wash and dry.

It would not be obvious to others that this is anything other than a cotton brief. The easy-open area on the sides of the brief is simple to use and allows the pants to "grow" as the child grows.
