Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
The Bedwetting Store ships via UPS, United States Postal Service First Class and Priority Mail. For in-stock items delivered within the continental United States, you should expect to receive your order within the estimated time frames (listed as Business Days) defined below for the shipping method you select. If you order UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air before 2:00 p.m. eastern time on weekdays (excluding holidays), your order will ship the same day. Read more about UPS Air shipments below. For out of stock items, we will notify you if we cannot ship your item within a week. For orders placed online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation notifying you once your order is shipped. Shipping charges for orders are calculated automatically when you proceed to checkout for online orders, or when you place your order over the phone.
Estimated Delivery Times for First Class/Priority Mail & UPS Ground 
Note: Estimated shipping times are averages for our customers. From time to time, your package may take longer. Should you need delivery by a specific date, please request UPS Next Day or 2nd Day Air, as UPS Ground and postal service delivery times are not guaranteed.
United States Postal Service
USPS First Class and Priority Mail is delivered to most US addresses in 3 to 7 business days after the item is shipped from our warehouse. (NOTE: Please allow 1-2 business days for the item to process through our warehouse.) The Postal Service is the only shipper that delivers to every address and Post Office Box in the country, as well as every military address - with no surcharge for Saturday and residential deliveries. First/Priority Mail is usually your lowest cost method for small items such as alarms and watches. For example, shipping for one Malem alarm or watch via the US Postal Service is $6.95 anywhere in the United States. The Postal Service does not guarantee delivery timeframes so your package, on rare occasions, may take longer than these estimated times. Delivery confirmation is included with each package, however, package tracking/status information is not available with the postal service. We will reship your package if delivery is not made within 15 business days. Please use UPS if you need specific tracking status and a scheduled delivery date.
United Parcel Service
UPS offers several attractive shipping methods, depending upon how quickly you need your order. UPS Ground is the most economical method, especially for orders that weigh more than a couple of pounds (e.g., waterproof bedding). UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. UPS Ground is not available to Alaska or Hawaii.
If you require expedited delivery, you have the option of choosing UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day (Airsaver) service at additional cost. You must order before 2:00pm Eastern Time for your expedited item to be shipped the same day and delivery times are normal business days -- NOT weekends and holidays. Delays that UPS cannot control (e.g., weather) may impact your delivery date and are not refundable. If you require Saturday delivery call us for available options. The price of each shipping option is calculated online during checkout allowing you to determine which method is right for you.
International Orders
International orders are sent via the US Postal Service method "Global Express Mail". Shipping times are estimated at 5-10 days but may occasionally take longer due to customs clearance within your country. You are responsible for any additional taxes or duties that may be levied by your country and the shipper for these fees. These fees can be high and vary from country to country. Our shipping and handling fees DO NOT include fees imposed for customs processing and duties or taxes within your country.
Peak Season Disclaimer
The guarantee for all US air services and UPS 3 Day Select is suspended for shipments picked up on Dec. 21, 22 and 23.
