By simply inserting this booster pad, the disposable pants or diaper can absorb a much larger amount of urine and keep the bedding dry. Similar products found in grocery/drug stores contain "fluff" as the absorbent material while these pads use an ultra-absorbent polymer which enables them to be twice as absorbent as similarly sized products. Work great This is wonderful and has really stopped my son's nighttime leaking sleepy Good product I use these booster pads with a size 6 overnight diaper, because my daughter was waking up every morning with wet pajamas. They work great. The adhesive strip is nice to keep them in place while the diaper on my wiggle-worm daughter. The medium sized ones are quite long, so make sure you get this size only if you are using a larger sized diaper. Lexis Mom sizing The sizing is off a lot.
