Can my child sleep directly on this waterproof sheet?
The top of this sheet is fine terrycloth and your child could sleep directly on top of it. It is breathable, so is much more comfortable than a vinyl cover. Most users, however, do put a regular cloth sheet over this cover to make it the most comfortable.

Is this cover easy to put on with just one person?
This thin, lightweight fitted mattress cover is as easy to put on the bed as a sheet is. Its reliably provides waterproof protection and most persons do not remember it is there until an accident occurs. It protects the mattress and can simply be washed and dried in the same load as the sheets.

I would buy this product again and again We first purchased one to use on my toddler's bed and we really liked it and it has saved her mattress several times so now we purchased one for our bed just in case the kids fall asleep in our bed. I have washed and dried the cover and has held up very well. My son will soon outgrow his crib and we will be purchasing another. Just don't know what size mattress he'll get yet.
