Fantastic product! I was very apprehensive about ordering this after my son had a very disappointing result with a competitor's product. I am so GLAD to say I was wrong! The Clippo was super easy for my 8 year old son to use himself, and he was excited to use the charts that came with it to track his results. This is a child who had only had a handful of dry nights his entire life. Inside of two weeks, he was waking up BY HIMSELF to use the bathroom, or sleeping all night with NO ACCIDENTS! He's a very heavy sleeper and my expectations were that it would take much longer.. Needless to say, this is a HUGE accomplishment, and so much better of a result than I could ever have dreamed of! He's so proud of himself, and the boost to his self-esteem is the best present a mom could ask for! He won't have to say "no" to sleepover invites anymore! $upermom70 it works! when first arrived, the battery area is frustrating to get into and change anything. first night alarm did not work, cable was bad! service rep was great and a new cable was sent, but i still had to pay to have bad cable sent back. since, its been working well and wet nights are finally becoming less and less. son likes that he can disable alarm on his own once awakened by it, which may be a bad thing for younger children who will fall back asleep without getting up. overall we are pleased with product and its ease of use. mom Good Product The product works like it should. This alarm was the best investment we have made in a long time. Our child was super excited to pick out the graphics for her alarm and when she received it wanted to wear it right away. Within days of wearing she no longer was having accidents and has been accident free for 2 months. This is amazing as we had been through about 10 months of exhaustion for us and her as we were having to wake up multiple times each night to change bed linen and to comfort our distraught daughter who was embarresed and upset. Another great thing about this alarm is it's ease of use. You can use with regular underwear and my daughter was able to put on it on all by herself without help. It's loud and he can't sleep through it. momtwoboys Helpful in ending bedwetting We tried this bedwetting alarm at the advice of our family doctor. The unit was very successful in helping our son. The unit would wake him, and he would get up to use the bathroom. After a period of time, he was staying dry for longer spurts. The only drawback was the unit itself. The backside of it (where batteries are kept) kept coming off, and the unit would have to be reset. We tired of that and so just taped the backside. It didn't look great--but it worked. E-bear Worth the money My twin boys both trained in less than a week. The on-line tracking/rewards was fun for them, though the website was a little difficult to navigate; not even allowing for the language barrier.
I have recommended this to several friends. ReWhitPish A Sleep Saver! My daughter was dry within a few months of beginning potty training, but a series of lightning storms, and the Independance Day celebrations in our neighborhood, scared her so badly that she began wetting again. I just put her back in diapers and figured she'd sort it out on her own as she had the first time. Nineteen months later she was still wet at night, and I was getting desperate - and while I was especially careful not to pressure her, she was pressuring herself as her cousins were already dry at night. She wanted to be dry, but I think she lacked the confidence. I decided to seek outside help and was led to look into wetting alarms. I'm so glad I didn't wait until she was older to do so.

Within two weeks of receiving the alarm she was dry at night, and she has been for nearly three weeks. I think part of the success has been from her ability to be hands on and independent with the alarm. The skins give the children the opportunity to customize the alarm, the magnet that attaches it to the shirts is easy to use even for a four year-old, and the clip is also easy to use. Being able to take care of business on her own was a big confidence booster - one which has had a notable effect on her beyond bladder control. Since we started using this device, she's become more independent in many other areas.

Another thing I like about this device and the manufacturer is that they have an online calender where you can mark the childrens' progress. When they have dry nights they get to play a little game on the website, and this was another big motivator for my daughter.

I love that there is a vibrate only option. The first night my daughter wore the alarm, it was so loud it scared the rest of the pee out of her (yes, literally). She asked to go to the vibration only option, and while I was hesitant, I let her try it. The vibration works very well (I don't consider her to be a light sleeper) and she has not slept through the alarm once. Finally Restful So far So good This whole idea is great for deep sleepers. It really hasn't been difficult for the parents. Coupled with positive reinforcement this has so far been a good experience even though it's only been 4 nights. BFG459
