great addition this is a great addition to the alarm. sound doesn't always wake up my child but this does. however, if alarm unplugs, which it does frequently as it appears too heavy for outlet, then vibrating unit does not work. cannot adjust the plugs to tighten fit into receptacle someone's mom Extra push definately helped We paired this unit with the Roger Wireless system and it worked as advertised. My son is a deep sleeper and this extra signal helped. We've stopped using the system but he still sleeps with this under his pillow. I guess he thinks it is cool. Tim Helpful accessory! There was a compatiblity issue where we had to send the entire product back just a few days after receiving it because the shaker quit working. We received it back shortly with a new shaker and it has worked ever since. It would be nice if whatever the issue is it could be worked through before sending it out. Grateful Works well Our daughter is a very heavy sleeper and were wanted to make sure the alarm would wake her up. This did the trick. She is now able to stay day all night. Happy Parents Finally.....success! My son turned 12 and was still wetting the bed every night. We had been to the doctor, and to urologist specialists, had ultrasounds and tests which ruled out anything physical. They kept saying he would outgrow it, and that he was too sound of a sleeper. In the meantime, he was becoming very self conscious and avoiding camps and sleepovers. He finally agreed to try the alarm, and the very first week he had 2 dry nights! He had steady progress, and it took about 12-14 weeks total, but now he is totally dry. Last week marked 30 days in a row of not having alarm go off, and so he has been sleeping without the alarm for about a week and is feeling very proud of himself. I think adding the bedshaker to the wireless alarm really helped my very sound sleeper. I was hoping to use the alarm now for my 8 yr old son, but I think him seeing his older brother's success is prompting him to progress on his own -- he has had a dry pullup for 4 days in row now! It was the perfect addition as it made sure our daughter woke up to go to the bathroom without wetting the bed. We bought the bedshaker to use instead of the beeping for the bedwetting alarm because my son does not react well to loud noises. It did the job!
