These ultra absorbent briefs can be used for all night dryness or in cases of large amounts of daytime wetness. The "peach mat" quickly absorbs and dispenses large amounts of urine, while neutralizing odor and maintaining skin dryness. Double elastic extends from front to back and the plastic outer layer prevents any leakage.

Our customers say it best.
Very absorbent, relatively comfortable
- Comments about Tranquility ATN All-Through-the-Night Disposable Briefs:
Compared to a lot of other products I've tried, these are some of the best. Their absorbency is better than any typical store-bought brand I've tried. I've very rarely had any leaks with these. There are diapers that will hold more, but they tend to be bulkier and hotter over time.
In terms of comfort, they feel softer than any other diaper I've worn, the outside plastic is just very soft.
The only downside is that they are noisier than pullups, so conceivably, they would be a poor choice with company.
- bottom line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.
