This is the best vibrating watch you can purchase. The stylish watch allows you to either set up to 12 alarms at any time during the day OR set the watch to vibrate at specific intervals like the VibraLITE. Method used to set this watch makes it difficult for children to inadvertently change settings. The easy-open battery compartment is a real benefit over all of the other watches that require special tools or trips to a jeweler. Keep in mind that vibrating watches require more battery power and several batteries each year. The watches fit a wrist five inches in circumference or larger. I would like to know if this watch vibrates only once or if it gets ignored the first time, does it vibrate again and again until it is 'turned off'?
The watch does not have a "sleep" or "pause" feature where you can postpone the alarm for a short period, like an alarm clock. The vibration lasts for 15 seconds, which is pretty difficult to ignore. The watch resets itself so that it will vibrate again at the same time the next day, or at the next interval, without anyone resetting it.

The watch is too big for my child. Does it come in a smaller size?
No, the Vibro-Watch is not available in a smaller size. You can punch additional holes onto the watch band so that it fits your child better or for very young children, place the watch around their ankle, where they will feel the vibration, but be less inclined to play with the watch. We also offer the VibraLITE Mini and the Rodger Vibrating Watch, which are both intended for those with smaller wrists.

Mine has worn his for over a year, now. He requires motivation and the vibrating alarm to use the "facilities." First hint majoranne Parkinson's pill reminder I use the watch to remind me to take my multiple medications on time for my Parkinsons. I needed something that had more than 9 alarms and was easy to use. This fits the bill, strong vibration to remind works well and being able to hit any button to turn off is a big plus. Wish it was lighted or had glowing numerals to make it easier to see so I would not have to wear two watches.
