My nice clear vinyl pants have turned red due to my error in the laundry room. They stay soft if dried on very low heat. They will tear at the seams if pulled on too hard or washed too hot or dried too hot. Mine last about 3-4 months before replacement which I feel is quite good for the amount of usage. nut Excellent-Actually prevents leaks!! We have struggled with leakage.
