Special Situations - I Want an Alarm to be used with Disposable Pants

These alarms feature a flat moisture sensor (not a clip-on like most alarms) that can be inserted into a slit cut in a disposable pant. When the sensor detects wetness, it causes the alarm to sound. These alarms are ideal for situations where laundry cannot be done regularly or where wearing cloth underwear would not be practical.

The DRI Eclipse and DRI Excel alarms come with unique flat sensors and are designed to be used with disposable products.

The Standard flat sensor can be ordered with any wearable Malem alarm. Malem wearable alarms usually come with an EasyClip sensor but the convenient modular plug allows you to easily change sensor types if you prefer to use the alarm with pullups.

    The small flexible Urosensor can be inserted into a slit cut in the pull-up, where it detects urine and transmits a signal to a small receiver that emits a loud chirping noise to alert you and your child that wetting has occurred. The sensor connects to the sound unit with a thin cord, which is worn under the shirt. The sound unit is attached to the shirt or pajama top. Simply unplug to turn it off.
