    Care Instructions

Remove transmitter from briefs. Machine wash briefs in warm water. Do not use fabric softener. Tumble dry on low heat without antistatic/softener sheets or air dry. DO NOT WASH TRANSMITTER.

Because starch is used on the briefs during the manufacturing process, it is recommended that the briefs be laundered or soaked with water and detergent prior to the first use. This removes the starch from the cloth, increasing the rate of absorption, and insures the alarm's quick response to moisture.

    Only works half the time

Would be great if it worked consistently. One night it works, the next it doesn’t.

We are sorry to hear this! Over time, residue may build up on the sensor contacts inside your brief and reduce the ability to quickly detect moisture or cause it to stop sounding. This may be due to your water, detergent or urine - or a combination of these factors. The same issue occurs with most other alarms, too. You simply need to soak the sensor briefs in vinegar or OxyClean solution to restore their sensitivity. Follow the steps below:

Fill a bowl with approximately 3 cups of warm water
Add either 1 cup of vinegar or 1/2 cup of OxyClean
Place brief(s) in the solution and let sit for 1 hour
Remove briefs from solution and launder and dry. Do Not Wring Dry.

If this does not fix the issue, please call us at 1-800-214-9605.

    Some good, some bad

Pros: Easy to use, seems to be effective when it works

Cons: Expensive, stops working every few days and needs to be reset, alarm sounds are scary

My son is 8 and very motivated to stop using pull ups at night. Our biggest issues with this system are: the transmitter and alarm need to be re-synced every few days, a problem that can’t be discovered until the alarm fails to go off one night. And the choice of sounds to wake up the child are all very scary like sirens or serious alarm sounds. Given the price and that this is targeted to kids, I expected to have a better selection of songs, charms, or other sounds like any smartphone might offer.
