The Bedwetting Store accepts returns of unused merchandise returned in their original, resellable condition within 30 days of purchase - excluding books. In the event that an item is damaged, lost or incorrectly delivered, claims must be made within 7 days of receipt. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Because of health and safety concerns, we cannot accept returns of used bedwetting alarms, bedding, briefs and other merchandise. Items purchased in a kit are discounted. If a kit is partially returned, the full cost of the un-returned items will be deducted from the refund. Occasionally, some our products are offered with free shipping, so please be aware that if you return one of these products, our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
We have a number of troubleshooting guides that can assist you in getting your alarm or watch working properly. Often alarms or watches act erratic due to low batteries or they just need to be reset. The troubleshooting guides have specific actions you can take that may fix the problem you are experiencing and save you the inconvenience of returning the item for repair. Submit the following request or call us at 800-214-9605 for a return merchandise (RMA) number before returning your item to us. Please carefully pack all items to be returned in their original packaging. The Bedwetting Store is not responsible for shipping costs or damage on returned items. Please be advised that packages sent by normal US Mail cannot be tracked to ensure delivery. Since the Bedwetting Store cannot provide credit for a return without confirming its receipt, we recommend that you use a delivery method that can be tracked and or insured. You must request a return authorization number within 30 days of purchase and return the item to us for our receipt within 14 calendar days after issuance of your RMA.
