For daytime they do the trick,

They aren't a bad brief, in fact for bowel incontinence they are ideal if you have frequent bowel accidents and need to change often enough for that, they also handle smell well with plastic backing and waistbands, Their weakness comes from a lack of padding, which while adds discreetness leads to leaks, and a need for frequent changes if you don't supplement the brief somehow. As the tapes are permanent after a bit (assuming they work at all) you have use the brief for both needs so why they made it so trim it barely lasts 4 hours is beyond me. If your bladder needs aren't bad but you lack bowel control these are pretty good, and you can supplement the assorbtion with an incontinence pad in it with some holes slashed in the back
