These bladder control pads quickly absorb and lock in large amounts of urine. The super-absorbent polymer disperses the fluid to insure dryness and prevent embarrassing overflow. These pads are designed much differently from sanitary pads, which are made to hold slow flowing menses. Urine is usually released quickly and in large amounts, which is why this super-absorbent polymer works so well. The cloth-like facing is soft and comfortable next to the skin.

    Didn’t hold enough urine. Some of the other brands I have bought did a better job.

    I have MS and first bought this product for those times that I might not be able to get to the bathroom as quickly as I would like. Now I use them most days to relieve the stress of always having to be near a bathroom. They are a great back-up but I don't believe these are designed to hold a full bladders worth. They have, however, saved me from an embarrasing siutation on more than a few occasions.

    I used these for extra bladder protection in ""pollen season"" as sinus problems can cause a big sneeze at any minute, and some of us need more protection.
