Tranquility Booster Pads provide extra absorption to line the top of any disposable brief and improve sleep patterns by reducing nighttime changes. Booster pads are an economical way to extend the use of your brief or adult absorbent underwear.

TopLiner Mini and Regular Booster Pads

This latex-free pad is designed to provide extra capacity to other incontinence products. The flow-through top and back sheet allows the pad to fill to capacity and then pass fluids to the host garment (disposable brief or pull on underwear). The TopLiner Booster Pad is easy to change and extends the use of the host garment, providing a convenient and economical way to save on product usage. The elimination of leakage, diaper rashes and urine odor improves comfort and quality of life.

Contour and Super Plus Contour Pads

The unique wider design of this latex-free booster pad effectively contains larger amounts of fluid and bowel incontinence. The flow-through top and back sheet allows the liner to fill to capacity then pass additional fluid to the host garment. The soft texture makes clean up easier. Contour booster pads are convenient to change, easy to dispose of, and economical.

    Unhappy ... getting smaller each time i order

    Was happy at first but now each order get smaller and smaller.... the last are considerably shorter and thinner..I'll be looking for a different product.

    Better than expected

    purchased these to try for my 9yo who occasionally still wets. They are discreet and worked pretty well for his overnight stay at camp. They don't seem to bother him at all.

    I have alot less laundry

    I have a special needs 18 year old and we have been using this product to help absorb more of his nightime urine. It has worked remarkably well! I still have more linens to wash then the average 3 person family but things have been much better thanks to this easy to use adhesive pad I put in his nightime diaper. I will buy again.

    Great for added protection

    I initially learned about these by contacting the maker directly. They recommended using these in a regular diaper and changing them after small wettings during the day so I wouldn't have to go through the hassle of full changes as often. This actually works very well with small wettings and frequent pad replacements. It's also nice to use them to add absorbency when needed, like at night after having lots of liquids. They've always done a good job of staying in place when used with diapers that have leg gathers. I havn't used them with pullups so I can't attest to their effectiveness with them.
