FAQS During the Coronavirus Pandemic

Are you still shipping?

Yes. We are located in Howard County Maryland, which has declared that non-essential personal should work from home. We are still taking orders and have a minimal staff on site to ship orders. Because we are a health company and also ship items like masks and nebulizers, we are considered essential.

Can you still take my call?

Yes. Our call center employees, also located in Maryland, are able to fully work from home with no issues. In addition, our systems are set up that we can still view your order and track the status from home.

Will your call center still be able to answer questions relating to bedwetting?

Absolutely. We love helping our customers. We know that bedwetting is problem that often has questions. We recognize that because many families are quarantined at home, many are taking advantage of the more flexible schedules and are happy to help with whatever you need.

What precautions are you taking?

We are asking that all employees wash their hands when entering the building. In addition, they are wearing gloves while packing orders. We are also asking you to please take precautions. The New England Journal of Medicine found that COVID-19 can live on cardboard for up to 24 hours and plastics for 72 hours.  All items are wrapped in plastic or are in a box, so we encourage you to take precautions when opening your products. Please immediately dispose of packaging and wash your hands. Remember that a lot more hands came into contact with your package after it has left our facility, so please dispose of the box or envelope that it came in.
