The Bedwetting Store ships via FedEx, United States Postal Service First Class and Priority Mail. For in-stock items delivered within the continental United States, you should expect to receive your order within the estimated time frames (listed as Business Days) defined below for standard shipping. If you order Next Day Air or Expedited Shipping before 1:00 p.m. Eastern time on weekdays (excluding holidays), your order will ship the same day. For out of stock items, we will notify you if we cannot ship your item within a week. You will receive an e-mail confirmation notifying you once your order is shipped.
Shipping within the 48 contiguous United States is $7.95 economy shipping for all orders less than $35. For orders over $35, shipping is free. Upgrade your shipping for faster delivery. Shipping charges for all other orders are calculated automatically when you proceed to checkout for online orders, or when you place your order over the phone.

Orders shipped via economy delivery typically arrive in 5 to 12 business days (M-F, not including holidays) of processing the order. Processing can take an additional 1-3 days. This option is available within the continental U.S. Occasionally, shipments may take longer, so we recommend expedited service if you require an item by a specific date. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses are shipped via post office.
Orders shipped via Express delivery typically arrive in 3 to 5 business days (M-F, not including holidays) of processing the order. Processing can take an additional 1-3 days. This option is available within the continental U.S.
Some items are available to ship using our 2 Day Shipping method. These items ship directly from our warehouse and should arrive within 2 days of processing the order. Processing can take an additional 1-3 days. If the item you purchased is available for this service, you will see "Upgraded 2 Day Shipping" in the shipping section. This is only available for a few select items and orders with multiple items cannot ship using this option.
If you require speedy delivery, you have the option of choosing Expedited or Next Day Shipping. You must order before 3:00pm Eastern Time for your expedited item to be shipped the same day. Delivery times are normal business days -- NOT weekends and holidays. Delays that FedEx cannot control (e.g., weather) may impact your delivery date and are not refundable. If you require Saturday delivery call us for available options. The price of each shipping option is calculated online during checkout, allowing you to determine which shipping method is right for you.
International orders are sent via the US Postal Service method "Global Express Mail" or via FedEx International Expedited Service. Shipping times are estimated and may occasionally take longer due to customs clearance within your country. You are responsible for any additional taxes or duties that may be levied by your country and the shipper for these fees. These fees can be high and vary from country to country. Our shipping and handling fees DO NOT include fees imposed for customs processing and duties or taxes within your country. If you do not accept delivery due to the fees imposed by your country and the package is returned to us, you will be credited for the item returned less shipping and handling fees. Tracking information is limited to when the item is shipped, when the item leaves the United States and when the item is delivered to you. The guarantee for all Expedited or Next Day services is suspended for shipments picked up on the Friday after Thanksgiving, Dec. 22nd and 29th.

Holidays are especially difficult for shipping companies. For Christmas eve, Christmas day, New Years eve, and New Years day, there will be no pick-ups. All items ordered (including expedited) after December 21st will be shipped no earlier than December 26th, and items ordered (including expedited) on December 29th will be shipped no earlier than January 2th. Risk of Loss: All items purchased from the Bedwetting Store are made pursuant to a shipment contract with our carriers. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery of your order to the carrier.
