Wet Call Bed-side Bedwetting Alarm with Pad

J-KCAL

This Wet Call moisture sensing bed pad/alarm has been redesigned to be even more reliable. Specially made for children who do not want to wear an alarm, or for older incontinent patients, this alarm is simple to use. The Wet Call bed pad is placed in the mesh case, which goes under the child. The alarm is connected via a 5 foot cord to the 18 inch by 24 inch bed pad and is made to handle the deepest sleepers while having the proper sensitivity to detect the first drop of urine.

The sensor pads are made of vinyl with a soft foam backing for comfort. The sensor pads can instantly be wiped clean and ready to be reused in seconds. Best of all, no acid from urine can be trapped anywhere, giving the pads an accurate and long life.

The alarm buzzer unit can either be attached to the sheet or attached to the bed rail using the included Velcro strip. The alarm sounds when it senses wetness and is turned off by simply unplugging the cord from the alarm unit. The alarm has dual volume control and can be set to either high or low volume.

The addition of the mesh case to place the sensor pad in helps to make lying on the pad more comfortable. It also absorbs sweat which can occur when lying directly on the plastic pad. This case eliminates the false alarms that occur with sweating. Two mesh cases are included with each alarm so you can replace it when it becomes wet during the night. Machine wash and dry the case, wipe the plastic pad to dry.

Note: This alarm unit should not be attached to the child but should be attached to the bed. Attempting to attach unit to child can cause it to become disconnected as child rolls over.

    Over sensitive alarm

Unfortunately, I will be returning this item as it goes off long before my son ever wets the bed. It seems to be heat stimulated as it starts to sound as soon as he lays on it- he isn't even sweating. Frustrated that I spent $80 and it is faulty.

We are sorry to hear about the issue you are encountering with your alarm. It is important for the bed mat to be placed in the mesh case to prevent any false-triggering. If you are encountering these issues using the mesh, case, your alarm is covered under a manufacturer's warranty. Please call 800-544-4240 with any questions or concerns.

    Better than expensive brand

This machine has a better design than a brand that is 3 times more money. The other product failed many times and this one keeps on going

    Worked Great

We used the pad with our seven year old. It was simple to use and she preferred it as she didn’t want to have something attached to her. It took about ten days and she was dry. It’s unclear to me exactly how it worked as she isn’t waking up to pee in the middle of the night but she wakes up dry. Somehow the nights of an alarm waking her up triggered her brain to stop peeing. It totally did the trick. I only gave it four stars because on the last night we used it the alarm went off every hour even though she was dry. Unsure why.

    Bed wetting mat

Works as intended. My kid stopped wetting the bed after about a week. Will be saving it for just in case my youngest doesn’t grow out of bed wetting himself.

    Uncomfortable

I purchased the alarm with pad for my son. My decision to purchase this over the underwear with alarm was based on the reviews. This alarm is so uncomfortable. It's a hard piece of plastic that the child can feel while laying in bed. I'm upset about it, my son is upset about it. I wish this item could be returned. Not satisfied.
