This washable absorbent cotton brief provides a green alternative to disposable pants for children who need help staying dry in the daytime. Designed to be especially discreet for children, the sewn-in absorbent padding will absorb up to 7 ounces. The waterproof backing ensures there are no worries about leaking to clothing. Simply machine wash and dry for reuse the next day.
For those who require extra absorbency, a sewn-in gusset pouch holds a disposable booster pad which absorbs an additional 9oz. This more than doubles the urine capacity. These briefs are latex free and individually packaged.

These briefs provide a reusable, washable alternative to disposable pants to prevent daytime accidents. Others will not know that these specially designed briefs are different than regular children's underwear.
They are generally not intended for nighttime wetting since they may not hold enough urine to keep children dry at night. For overnight protection, see bedtime pants. The briefs cannot be used in conjunction with bedwetting alarms because of the waterproof area.

Product did not work for my child had to go back to pullups after first night of use and a soaked mattress later
Item was for a 6 year old special needs child that is potty training. This was the only panty that I found. Pull Up type underwear result in a skin rash.
My daughter soaked right through these and had wet pants. They might be OK for just leaking a few drops, but if the kid really pees, forget it!
I was very unsatisfied with the product. When I asked for a refund, I was told they had to be unwashed and unworn. At $20 a pair, and having purchased 5 pairs, this was a bad use of funds.
My daughter is 6 and now in school all day. She still has pretty severe accidents and I was concerned about sending her to school in a diaper or her having accidents in class. These panties are the only things that work for her. She has accidents in them and the other kids dont know, and she still gets to wear big kid panties and not feel like a baby or be made fun of.
