Step 1. Pick Your Alarm. Red or Camo. Red sounds the same tone each time it senses moisture. Camo has 8 separate tones to prevent "audio accommodation" - getting used to one sound and tuning it out. An easy–clip sensor is included with each alarm.

Step 2. Pick Your Overlay Size and Style.  Flat overlays or the tuck–in style, with 18 inch flaps. These tuck–in tails allow you to secure the ends of the pad between the upper and lower mattress – nice if your child is a restless sleeper.

Regular (Twin), large (Full) or extra large (Queen/King) overlay, depending on the size of bed your child sleeps in.

    Not working.

    I bought an alarm for my granddaughter and her mom told me the alarm just beeped constantly when they put the batteries in. I have given her the receipt and I expect she will contact you about a new alarm

    If the alarm is sounding when batteries were placed into it, this probably means that the sensor lever is down and the metal sensing jaws within the sensor are touching and completing the circuit to set the alarm off. With the Malem Ultimate 1-tone and Random Non-Selectable Tone alarms, make sure that the sensor lever is UP (the sensor is open) when you plug the sensor into the alarm box. To shut off the alarm, open the jaws of the sensor and then press the reset button.

    Very helpful!

    My 10 year old was still wearing pull ups. This product gave him the confidence he needed to get rid of the pull ups, and not wet the bed. 3 weeks without an accident- we couldn't be happier!

    Worked in just 2 weeks

    My son has been wetting the bed every single night of his life--nearly 7 years. Within just two weeks of using this he's now been dry for eight nights in a row. Not even waking up to use the restroom; just holding it in throughout the night. Hallelujah! I should add that he was a very willing participant: Anxious to clip the alarm to his PJs, mark off progress on the chart, etc. We told him the alarm was teaching his bladder to communicate with his brain in the middle of the night and that seemed to really make him understand the process. A promised trip to the Lego store for seven nights in a row dry probably didn't hurt either :) I absolutely recommend this. I'm still in disbelief how quickly it worked!

    Alarm works but...

    The clip should be larger and is upside down. Hard for my son that is10 to clip it on himself to his shirt.

    I would recommend this product

    We are on day 2. I was surprised that my daughter woke up with the alarm and actually woke us up when she wet. I would definitely buy extra bed liners as 2 are not enough. I am hoping this will work as we've tried waking her ourselves. The tracking chart is helpful in determining the wetting cycle and progress. I wasn't sure about the cord but it doesn't bother her at all and it is very secure, even through all her tossing and turning. Praying for this to be successful.
