Bedwetting Underwear

Is there some type of underwear that helps children recognize when wetting happens? I think my son sleeps right through this and I don't know how to help him.

When many people picture underwear for bedwetting, they think of disposables, such as pull-ons or diapers. These help keep the bed dry but do nothing to help end bedwetting.

The type of underwear that I think of is a unique one, with moisture sensing sensors sewn into it. Using a waterproof, washable pad on top of the sheet will make middle-of-the -night clean up much faster and decrease the amount of your daily laundry. The special underwear, along with the waterproof pad, can be machine washed and dried.
